1. Athletes will stand behind a line and have the option of taking three (3) practice throws.
2. After the practice throws, the athlete will be given three (3) official throws that will be measured.
3. The longest of the three (3) official throws will be recorded.
After the event is concluded, the winners will be determined, announced and medals will be distributed accordingly. Group pictures will be taken for the web site.
