1. Participants sign in on sheets designated by their age and sex.
2. As many as four people can shuffle on each court at the same time.
3. Each person will shuffle four (4) discs. All discs are scored, then removed before the next four (4) discs are shuffled. Each participant shuffles a total of twenty-four (24) discs in this manner.
4. Participants may participate in both shuffleboard events, plastic courts and concrete courts. Medals will be awarded at the end of each event.
5. Games played on concrete are started at 6 pm
6. Event manager will need six (6) volunteers. One (1) judge and one (1) score keeper for each court. Back-up volunteers are suggested.
7. Materials needed are score sheets and three clipboards.
