1. Check in for the Shot Put will be at the time of all field events.
2. Each person will be given one (1) practice throw (optional) and three (3) official throws that will be measured.
3. Once you enter the throwing circle, you must complete your throws.
4. A foul will be called if you step on or over the line or toe board during your throw.
5. The longest of the three (3) official throws will be recorded.
After the event is concluded, the winners will be determined and medals will be distributed accordingly. A group picture will be taken for the web site.
